Small to medium sized artisan contractors engaged in the construction of new commercial buildings; and, the maintenance, service, repair or remodeling of existing commercial or residential structures. Any current, past or anticipated operations involving the new construction of single family homes, multi-family residential homes, condominium and/or apartment buildings or projects is prohibited.
