Employee Benefits Liability Coverage has been available in the marketplace since the 1960’s. Employee Benefits Liability provides legal liability coverage for errors or omissions arising out of the administration of Employee Benefit Plans. This form is added as a coverage form to a General Liability or Package policy. Coverage is afforded with unlimited “prior acts”, but claims must be made during the policy term.
